We help founders and startups grow

One of the best outcomes of Founder Dinners isn't what happens during the event.

It's what happens afterward.

New relationships.
New conversations.
New connections to the local founder ecosystem.

We're excited to host another Founder Dinner in Austin on June 24 and bring together founders from across a variety of industries for an evening of thoughtful conversation and community.

If you're actively building and interested in joining future dinners, we'd love to hear from you.

Request an invitation at FounderDinners.com.

Within five years, most recruiting firms will look more like software companies than staffing companies.

Not because humans disappear.

Because AI changes the leverage.

The firms that thrive won't necessarily have the biggest teams.

They'll have the best systems.

The same shift is already happening across recruiting, staffing, customer support, sales, and other service-heavy industries.

We're bringing together investors, founders, and operators in San Francisco to discuss what that future looks like.

Featuring Mike Black, Founder of Talent Stream.

A candid conversation about AI-enabled services, workforce transformation, and where the next generation of category-defining companies will emerge.

June continues with two upcoming Investor Dinners and conversations across real estate and healthcare innovation.

On June 11, we're excited to host Radius Capital in Raleigh, North Carolina, marking our first Investor Dinner in the Research Triangle region. We'll be joined by the Radius Capital team for a discussion on land investment opportunities, growth markets, and the evolving landscape of real estate development.

On June 25, we'll host AlphaRose Therapeutics in San Francisco for a conversation around precision medicine, genetic therapies, and the future of healthcare innovation.

At Investor Dinners, our goal is simple: bring together investors, founders, operators, and industry leaders in thoughtfully curated rooms where meaningful conversations can happen.

If you're interested in joining either dinner, visit InvestorDinners.com to request an invitation.

In 2011, the first baby boomers turned 65.

In 2025, the oldest turned 79.

For years, developers raced to build apartments, self-storage, industrial, and hospitality assets.

Meanwhile, one of the largest demographic shifts in U.S. history kept moving forward.

Every day, roughly 10,000 Americans reach retirement age.

Yet in many affluent markets, there is little to no new luxury senior housing inventory being delivered.

The question isn't whether demand is coming.

The question is whether supply will be there when it arrives.

On June 11, we're hosting a private dinner in Austin with the team behind Falcon Senior Housing to discuss how they're approaching this opportunity through the development of a luxury senior living community in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.

A conversation for investors, operators, family offices, and real estate professionals interested in where long-term demographic trends intersect with real assets.

Starting June with three upcoming investor dinners across Austin and San Francisco, each centered around conversations shaping the future of their industries.

On June 11 in Austin, we’ll host Falcon Senior Housing for a discussion around senior living development, demographic shifts, and long-term real estate opportunities.

On June 16 in San Francisco, we’ll gather with Talent Stream to explore workforce infrastructure, hiring innovation, and the future of talent operations.

On June 23 in Austin, we’ll host Innovosens for a conversation around healthcare technology and advancing patient monitoring through innovation.

At Investor Dinners, we believe meaningful conversations happen in smaller, high-trust rooms where founders and investors can engage more intentionally.

Looking forward to the conversations ahead.

On the same night we hosted an investor dinner in Austin last Thursday, we also brought together media leaders, agency operators, and strategists for an evening focused on one of the industry's toughest challenges: measuring what actually works.

From attribution and incrementality to AI and cross-channel visibility, the discussion explored the realities teams are navigating as the media landscape continues to evolve.

A big thank you to Esme Lean from TikTok and Maryna Burushkina from Growth Channel for sharing their perspectives, and to Alan VanToai for moderating a thoughtful and engaging discussion.

Special thanks as well to Vincent Balagia for graciously opening one of his beautiful listing for the evening. Having these conversations in a welcoming, intimate setting makes all the difference.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a thoughtful discussion. The best insights often come from gathering the right people around the same table.

Last Thursday in Austin, we brought together a select group of investors for an intimate evening featuring Juan Pablo Guzman, CEO of Reelie.

The conversation centered on building a family-owned consumer brand with deep roots in Colombian agriculture, a vertically integrated supply chain, and a mission to create better-for-you snacks made with real ingredients and regenerative farming practices.

A huge thank you to José Luis Silva Vázquez for moderating a thoughtful discussion, and to Michelle Craig for hosting the evening. We're also incredibly grateful to Ashleigh Raymond and her realtor Rachael Jones for opening her beautiful home and creating the perfect setting for meaningful conversations.

These investor dinners are designed to go beyond the pitch deck—creating space for founders and investors to engage in honest conversations, ask thoughtful questions, and build meaningful relationships.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a great evening. We're excited to see the connections and opportunities that emerge from conversations around the table.

Last night, we gathered a group of founders in Austin for an evening of great conversations, shared experiences, and new connections.

Building a company can be isolating at times. One of the reasons we host Founder Dinners is to create space for founders to connect with others who understand the challenges, opportunities, and realities of the journey.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the discussion.

If you're a founder interested in joining future dinners, including our upcoming June Founder Dinner, we'd love to hear from you.

An incredible evening with Realize Music.
