This work is done by organizing regionally appropriate teams of advisors and professionals to create and implement an effective plan of action. This plan can involve non-governmental organizations (NGO), lawyers, legislatures, regional experts, investigators, private diplomats, and any number of other groups that will effectively achieve our objectives. Luke and Airan finally able to reach out to family. We are happy to get some communication. They appear to be healthy and keeping their spirits up, despite the circumstances. We will continue to monitor and work to get them home.

Airan and Luke have not been allowed any calls to families in over a month. We don't know what their condition is, their health, how they are eating, if they need clothes, nothing. We need communication.
