American consumers are increasingly underwater on their car loans Edmunds.com reported that the average amount owed on upside-down loans climbed to an all-time high of $6,458 during the third quarter.

Project Connect was rightfully voted on by Austinites, & efforts by those that failed at the ballot box to kill it with legal shennanigans should fail.
