For some, if not all of us, we all have some type of childhood trauma that shaped us into who we are today. There come's a point where we have to decide to face our demons in the face or continue to push them away.

In this episode, Madalynne Carratini comes on and shares her story of losing her mom at a young age, going through foster care, and learning how to have a relationship with her father as an adult.
