Adding some ambiance to an Austin penthouse with accent mood lighting 🔥

Our team designs and installs systems for high-end residential homes. We are currently hiring low voltage, audio / video install technicians in Austin, TX and the surrounding area for part-time work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Install audio, video, lighting, smart home systems, etc.
• Rack fabrication
• Pull and terminate a variety of cables
• Read drawings/blueprints
• Service and system maintenance

We expect you to:
- Have reliable transportation
- Be punctual
- Bring your own tools
- Work well in small teams
- Be open to learning
- Be able to use phone apps, tablet, etc.
- Be able to lift stand for long periods, get into crawl spaces, and lift 50+ pounds
- Be comfortable with power tools, ladders, and data wiring

You are:
• A person of integrity and take responsibility for yourself while always seeking to do what’s best for the customer and the team.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance but aren’t afraid to ask for help when you have questions.
• Meticulous about the quality of your work. You take pride in the way the install looks, not just how it works.
• A strong verbal and written communicator and can be the face of our company to our clients.

Required Experience:
• Customer Service: Our customers are the reason we are in business. We are looking for someone who can take care of them and treat them as the top priority.
• Attitude and Aptitude: You are eager to learn and come to work ready to tackle any situation.
• AV/IT Networking: Knowledge of the industry is preferred. However, if you do not yet have much experience but have passion and ambition for the AV industry, there may still be a place for you on our team.

Compensation:
$15-$30/hr based on experience level and abilities
1099 Contractor status, with potential for more
