Today is September 25th, 9/25, and I can't think of a better day to celebrate the one and only Dolly Parton and, of course, turn up 9 to 5.

It is also hard to believe that today marks one month since the world lost Dolly. She was so much more than an incredible singer and songwriter. She was funny, smart, generous, humble, loving, and unapologetically herself. She had an extraordinary way of making people smile while reminding us that kindness never goes out of style.

Her music will keep playing. Her words will keep making us laugh and think. And the incredible good she put into this world will continue touching lives for generations.

So today, on 9/25, here's to Dolly. Turn up 9 to 5, wear a little extra sparkle, be kind to somebody, dream a little bigger, and celebrate a woman who made the world a brighter place just by being in it.
