If you were to invest in a startup company, what would be some questions you would want answered before you did?

Do I have anyone on here that is, or knows, an electrical engineer that can help me with some circuit design? I have the components and general layout for the PCBs but need help with placement of capacitors and resistors and all that fun stuff to help eliminate, or at least greatly reduce, any "noise" in the circuit.

Michelle Loughry is starting a chapter of the National Honors Society for her school. They are a Title 1 public school in a rural area, and it's organizations like this that can help the students get a leg up on college acceptance in a world that is increasingly difficult for them to navigate and increasingly difficult for them to compete in.

They have so much excellence here that demands recognition.

Please donate to help her raise funds for both the chapter fee (the seed money to start the chapter and get materials is about $400) and to help the less fortunate students afford the membership fee (it's $75 per student).
