We sold out so fast last time, we’re bringing it back again on June 1st at The Front Page!

SATURDAY MAY 31st! We’ll be slinging more crawfish at Pho Thaison Southpark Meadows! Starting at 2pm to Whenever we sell out! $3 beers & Free Iced Tea, come with your family, friends, neighbors! It’s a neighborhood affair 🧺🦞🍽️

It was nasty out this morning, but the sun is out and it’s beautiful! Stop by and grab some food!

It’s with a heavy heart we are writing this today to announce our last days of Pho Craft. It’s been a beautiful two year journey serving everyone in East Austin, a community we love so dearly and are proud to be a part of. We couldn’t have done it without your continuous support and have made so many friends and family along the way. All of our memories will continue on with us into all of our future endeavors. We have really enjoyed our time here and hopefully will be back sometime in the future.

When we received the news that would no longer have our current space, it was time to figure out how to adjust and make things work. Possibly moving somewhere else? Changing our concept? Turning into a ghost kitchen? There were many factors to weigh and many changes that would need to be done. We thought about what we dreamed of when opening Pho Craft and where it is now. We decided that it would be difficult to move Pho Craft and have it encompass everything we wanted it to be. Didn’t want to settle and change the morals and ideas behind Pho Craft and it becoming something else. It’s more than just food for us.

We will be pivoting back into the family business and implementing everything we’ve learned and created with Pho Craft back into Pho Thaison. Hopefully transition Pho Craft to events and catering, so we can still be a part of the community we love so much.

We will be having our two-year anniversary and our closing party Sunday January 28th. Expect food, drinks, music and a giant block party. Thank y’all so much for everything! This isn’t goodbye forever, it’s just a goodbye for now ❤️🫶🙏
