Made the Confetti Cake from ‘s Dessert Person. It is moist and just the right amount of sweet. Ate so much garbage cake (aka cake scraps) tho. ( .person )

Enjoyed making this roll! Carrot cake roll with cream cheese butter cream frosting with candied carrots and shredded coconut on top.

I love caramel, I love cream cheese. So I of course made some Cream Cheese Flan. It is extremely creamy and not too sweet. I could probably eat it all, but not going too.

Made my first Buche de Noel (Yule Log)! It certainly out delicious. I would be curious to see how it would taste if I added booze!

SMOOTHIE STORYTIME

I always finish out my workout with a fruit smoothie. It reminds me of when I used to work out back in Las Vegas. I would pull myself out of bed to go to the gym by telling myself that if I did, I could buy a smoothie from the gym cafe. They were super sweet so I doubt that they were remotely healthy.

I doubt that these taste as good as I have hyped them up to be in my mind, but these are pretty close.

Recipe Instructions:
-1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
-1 cup Almond Milk
-1/2 cup frozen strawberries or mixed berries

Blend and enjoy!

This was really needed this weekend! A shot of liquor on ice cream just hits differently!

The Corgi to my Papi. Her fur only seems to be getting softer with age.

When I had my first boozy ice cream (in a waffle cone)! Paying a visit to Prohibition Creamery this weekend to try another one of their flavors.
