I was catching up with a past client recently, sharing how launching my firm right before the pandemic gave me the space to take a step back and have no-agenda-conversations with people. I realized that executive search is opaque, and I became a go-to person to provide transparency. People were asking the same questions and expressing the same frustrations. These conversations served as the inspiration for the content I’ve been posting. I wanted to demystify executive search for job seekers, help people understand why things were happening, how they could best position themselves, and stay sane through all of it.

The conversations never stopped. It was time for a book.

I took a stab at it best I could but got stuck. I heard glowing reviews from two female authors about Eric Koester and Creator Institute and signed up. I'm grateful for the cohort, the support, and my editor Rachel Mensch. The book will be far better than anything I could have done on my own. The book is on the path to be published by New Degree Press and will be in my hand in early 2022!

I’ll share more as I go. Excited to have you on this journey with me!
