Then-Again

Lots of many little changes, while i think it is wild what Ai can do, sometimes it's just infuriating. But in the end, i do like how it came out.
There is one thing i noticed when i did the first pic, my skull image was originally just slightly crooked. I decided to leave it that way, because it is mine. All the extras are cool, but the base image is mine

Ai gave me a hand with this, smoothing out the canvas, enhanced the color of the eyes and gave the gold around the fleur-de-lis a metallic rose-gold/copper look.
I actually haven't posted how my original looks now, these are just some fun Ai assisted images. Pretty cool s**t

What was white, is heat transfer puff vinyl and i colored it in with acrylic paint markers.

Negative Space Blow Out taken to a New Level.
I originally did this painting in early December.

This is one style of acrylic pouring that i have enjoyed doing and have gotten better doing it. While i love to cover the entire canvas, the use of negative space can take it to a new level.
I think with This particular painting, the process i liked more than MY finished piece.
But what I didn't know then, was it wasn't done.

A good friend and amazing artist i know, asked if she could "add to it". Sure, yeah, why not.
About 12 hours ago she sent me her Rendering and i had to look at it twice as i didn't even realized what it was and when i did, well my mind was 🤯😮😁.
I'm still blown away by what she did with it and just had to share that. I guess I'm in need of doing more similar type paintings and hand them over to her. Heck, i always wanted to do a collab with her

I have been experimenting with different painting styles as of late. Still doing the Pour, so many ways to do that i love it.
But i'm playing around with some other things that combine different crafting ideas together.

Got the opportunity to show some of my family how i do my art. Plenty of confusion around, I haven't "taught" how to in forever and while I still call my self a novice, it takes time.
But they did great.
These are there paintings.

My image, a photo i took in 2021 and the quote, well that's Mine also.
Tried out a new DTF site, getting my stuff on a gang roll, as printing on my printed not as good as i hoped for doing Iron-ons.
Learned a few things, just because I'm huge, doesn't mean image should be, lol. Also, as this one demonstrated, need to use heat tape to secure image in place. Even imperfect i like this and it looks great on a canvas tote bag.

The plan is to be able to shirts and things like this tote bag using images of my paintings and some with quotes on them. Some even mine, like on here.

It was about time, finally got a new printer. Stayed with HP, as I have had the best luck with. This is the Smart Tank 5101.
Intention was to have a better printer for printing photos, which helps with doing Buttons too.
But mainly so I can then print my artwork to then press onto t-shirts. For myself as well as to sell.
Kind of fun getting to show off my art that way.
Printed today was a pic I took in Nashville in 2023, and my 1st art piece i did in 2020. Printer did well, very well.

Too many thoughts and ideas have been stuck in my head for so long...
It happens.
Crazy thing is that a a couple hugs from a good friend and Awesome artist and well, I feel that some of those ideas will materialize soon.
And a couple new ideas too.
It's amazing what a Hug from an Angel can do.
