The organization is led by Colten Hoots and qualified consultant Brittney Hoots MS, CSCS. Cub Strength's goal is to take your performance to the next level, by combining intense workouts with tips and guidance on Nutrition, Supplementation and Healthy Lifestyles. At Cub Strength our workouts not only unleash your inner animal, but we provide you the tools and support to be successful.
