Our annual Block Party was an awesome event and it was so great to new faces as well as partners for such a great occasion. Thank you so much to Aurora Township, Espacio Comunitario Aurora and everyone who joined us at Everlasting Word Church.

🌱 Gardening With The Neighbor Project pt. 2 🌱

Our second gardening party for NeighborWorks America Week took place at our beautifully, newly-acquired View street apartment building at Galena and View street on Aurora's west side. With the help of volunteers and contractors we really made an impact and enjoyed teamwork and togetherness for a great cause.

Homeownership is a goal for many and the Neighbor Project is ready to assist our neighbors and community in their journey. We're also ready to join hands with you for fun projects like this that add precious beauty, hope and value. 🏡

Thank you to Dee, our amazing staff and especially Louise! Her plant selection and gardening vision keep our properties looking great! 🏡💚

Team TNP had an amazing time working together to beautify our customer service center at Everlasting Word Church to prep for our recent successful Block Party!

🍧 Thank you City of Aurora, IL 7th Ward Alderman Javier Banuelos for your support of our recent and FIRST Ice Cream Social at MLK Jr. Park celebrating NeighborWorks America Week! Great things happening in Ward 7!

It was awesome meeting the parents and kids in our community and providing them with information and resources for purchasing a home. We've got a number of amazing programs to help Aurora households reduce debt and increase their savings.

Extra special thanks to our friends of Center for Achieving Independence for coming out to volunteer with us! And we can't forget Chicago SuperCrew for keeping the smiles on the kids faces.

Thank you and congratulations to the Waubonsee Community College Foundation on their recent Trail Run 2026 5K! Team TNP had a great time supporting the foundation while also getting a great run in with awesome weather! 🌞
