Today in our weekly SEL we combined National Chocolate Covered Nut Day with boundaries, kindness, our inner strength, and respecting others.
Chocolate = kindness
Nut = boundaries and inner strength
We made multimedia art inspired by Gustav Klimt!
Each student was also given a card to remind them of what today's lesson was all about!

This afternoon is movie time and more edible take home gifts!!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️

My children demonstrated exceptional initiative today by tackling a task that some might have considered improbable at the start of the year. Over the past two months, we have delved into the significance of kindness and gratitude through SEL and ART. This morning, they engaged in constructing edible trains to take home, serving as a memento of our field trip today with Animal Zone. By emphasizing the importance of social and emotional bonds, we empower our children to develop essential skills that will last a lifetime.
