Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray (Psalm 5:1-2).

For The Rest Of My Life, I'll Serve Him, For The Rest Of My Life...

The message today was taken from the book of Judges, the 2nd chapter, verses 1-5. Focus verse 2. "And ye shall make no league with the inhabitants of this land: ye shall throw down their altars: but ye have not obeyed my voice: why have ye done this?" Subject: Why Have You Done This?

There are moments in life when God confronts us with a question that exposes the condition of our hearts. There are times when God's voice breaks through our excuses, our traditions, our distractions, and our compromises and asks us something that we cannot avoid. In Judges chapter 2, the children of Israel are confronted by the Angel of the Lord with a divine question: "Why have you done this?"

This is not a question because God lacks information. This is not a question because heaven is confused. God asks the question because He wants His people to confront themselves. And today, that same question still echoes through the sanctuary.

Why have you abandoned your prayer life? Why have you compromised your convictions? Why have you allowed culture to become louder than Christ? Why have you accepted what God told you to destroy? Why have you done this?

Highlights: The Whys...Judges 2:1-5.

1. They Forgot what God Had Done.

2. They Became Comfortable With Compromise.

3. They Refused To Fully Obey God's Voice.

4. They Allowed The Enemy To Stay Too Close.

Why Have You Done This?...

Praise the Lord!!!

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort: Who comforteh us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted by God (2nd Corinthians 1:3-4).

I Just Want To Thank You Lord...

The message today was taken from the book of Joshua, the 24th chapter, verses 14-15. Focus verse 15. "And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land ye dwell; but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord." Subject: To Not Decide Is To Decide.

We are living in a dangerous hour where people want the benefits of God without commitment to God. We live in a culture that celebrates options but resists decisions. We want to "keep our options open." The tragedy of this generation is not always rebellion. Sometimes the tragedy is hesitation. But Joshua stands before the people and says: "Choose you this day whom ye will serve."

Highlights: Joshua 24:14-15.

1. The Danger Of Spiritual Indecision: Many still refuse to fully surrender. Because spiritual indecision has become normalized.

2. You Will Serve Something: Anything that competes with God for your loyalty becomes your god.

3. The Culture Of Compromise. People are spiritually starving while pretending to be fulfilled.

4. Indecision Opens The Door To Deception: Deception thrives where conviction is weak.

To Not Decide Is To Decide...

Praise the Lord!!!

Lord, thou hast been favourable unto thy land; thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob. Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin (Psalm 85:1-2).

The Presence Of The Lord Is Here...

The message today was taken from the Gospel of Matthew, the 6th chapter, verse 33 & the 7th chapter, verses 7-8. Focus verse 33. "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Subject: Spiritual Priorities.

My brothers and sisters, we are living in a time where people have priorities mixed up. We prioritize money over morality; popularity over prayer; success over spiritually; and comfort over commitment to God. We pursue things that cannot save us, satisfy us, or sustain us. Jesus is teaching us that life works best when God is first.

The problem with many people is not that they don't want blessongs; the problem is they want blessings without alignment. They want provision without prayer; favor without faithfulness; and victory without surrender. But when your spiritual priorities are in order, God begins to order everything else.

Highlights:

1. Put God First.

2. Priorities Determine Direction.

3. When You Seek God, God Responds.

4. The Enemy Attacks Your Priorities.

5. Seeking God Requires Commitment.

Spiritual Priorities...

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night (Psalm 1:1-2).

The Lord Is Blessing Me, Right Now, O Right Now...

The message today was delivered by Rev. Maggie McDonald. Text: Luke the 14th chapter, verses 15-24. Focus verse 24: "For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper." Subject: You Don't Want To Miss This Party.

This text is the parable of the banquet. The host of the banquet was told that all of the invited guests made flimsy excuses and would not be able to attend. In response the host directs his servant to go into the streets and invite the marginalized and outcasts instead. This parable represents the invitation from Jesus to believers to come unto Him and our response is oftentimes an excuse.

Highlights:

1. Don't Make Excuses: Just show up. The cover charge has already been paid.

2. Everybody Is Invited: The good ones and the bad ones. The just and the unjust.

3. Don't Allow Anybody To Tell You That You Don't Belong.

4. Participate In The Celebration: Don't be a wallflower.

5. Ain't No Party Like A Holy Ghost Party.

6. Jesus Is A Gracious Host.

You Don't Want To Miss This Party... Great message Rev. McDonald.

Praise the Lord!!!

Happy Mother's Day from the Ruach Ministries Family!

Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies. Strength and honor are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom: and in her tongue is the Law of kindness. Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, shall be praised (Proverbs 31:1; 25-26 & 30).

I Worship You In The Spirit, My Love For You Is Genuine And Pure...

The message today was delivered by Pastor Garrett Williamson. Text: Genesis, chapters 25, 27, & 32. Subject: You Are Good Enough.

The perplexing story of Jacob.

The question that begs for an answer is, why was the deceit perpetrated by Rebekah necessary? Genesis 25:23. "And the Lord said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger."

Jacob already had the blessings and promises of God. And those of us who believe and trust in God...

Great message Pastor Williamson. You Are Good Enough.

Praise the Lord!!!
