Heyooo dear readers! It's Brian At Little Guide again! Y'all! I've been out talking to folks and releasing copies of Augusta's favorite little red book into the wild. Y'all! It's HOT outside...which I realize is the equivalent of saying "the sky is blue" around here. However, today I needed help cooling off.

My answer was simple. I stopped in at Bowl Boss North Augusta for a smoothie. While they, along with Bowl Boss Augusta, are known for their acai bowls, their smoothies are an awesome grab-and-go method of beating the heat. I got the pina colada, and it was delish and absolutely did the trick!

Next time you're out and about, and the weatherman says it's 93° outside, but your car's dashboard indicates it's 103°, stop by Bowl Boss and give their smoothies a try. Danged ole weather man!

In addition to our regular hours of breakfast operations (6AM-1PM), Beanie Bens will be participating in downtown North Augusta’s Third Thursday tradition! While supplies last, we’ll take care of dinner too!
