EFC is looking to hire one or two full time workers. 10.99 position to start, once reliability and trust is earned this will turn into a W2, full time position with benefits, aggressive pay, time off, bonuses, ETC. Plenty of opportunities down the line for the right individuals. Looking for team work driven individuals where reliability is more important than experience. Based in Waterville/Augusta areas. License and experience preferred but not required.

What was thought to be a two day project, turned out to be a 7. 6x6 hemlock spanning 12 feet on a 2 story eave side is a bit risky! Sagged 2 inches I'm 6 feet.

Serious rot project from 6 years ago. Floor sagged over and inch and a half in a 7ft span. Copper gas lines running through the joists made it an extra fun job. Luckily the homeowner had some prefinished flooring saved from years ago, by time I left you couldn't even tell.
A properly flashed door (in this case, a pricey a series Anderson patio), would have prevented this rot.

Life can get tough at times, the best thing you can do is learn how to cope!

32 sq, strip pine clapboards, install fan fold and new siding, metal trim.

Some roofs over the years. Also can install EPDM roofing for any shallow roofs.

Partial roof replacement down on the coast from 4 years ago. IKO warranty job. 84 bundles of pure joy! Previous roof lost alot of shingles due to high wind, and also leaked on the 3 pitch part at the end of the valley. Customer specifically wanted 8 nails per shingle and 8 nails is what he got! Hasn't been any issues since. Most of my roof jobs have been on the coast and they always hold up!
