Augusta Meditation Meetup

WE MEET EVERY SUNDAY -- This is a breath-awareness, relaxation and insight meditation group that meets on the every Sunday at 9. All are welcome, from beginners to experienced. It is guided by a Licensed Professional Counselor with certification in meditation and psychotherapy. Members who stay afterward participate in a discussion about their mindfulness practices.
