1) Manage your emotions, control your nerves. 90% of psychology is preparation. Use our pre-event checklist tested and used by elite athletes. Comment āchecklistā
2) Set your intention. Donāt just aim to finish, know why you are running. Maybe itās for a PB, maybe itās for charity. Purpose fuels resilience.
3) Ride the highs and lows. At times it may hurt - thatās normal. You may hit a wall but have a plan to prevent this. Breathe. Reset. Continue.
