Atlanta rapper T.I. joined city leaders at the ribbon-cutting for Intrada Westside, his first affordable apartment development in the Grove Park area of northwest Atlanta. The community provides 143 income-restricted apartments, including 25 permanent supportive housing units for young people experiencing homelessness. The site sits across from Center Hill Park and was formerly a neighborhood shopping center where T.I.’s grandmother shopped.

Developed with the Vecino Group and local partners, Intrada Westside is a 100-percent affordable community with on-site supportive services. The project reflects a long-term investment in safe, stable housing for Westside residents and a commitment to giving back to the neighborhood where T.I. grew up.
