I am sharing this with you all because I’ve been battling with my spine for years now. I recently was fitted for ANOTHER brace (I wore one my freshman year of high school) I didn’t want to get rods, so here I am today - crooked AF. Thankfully my fiancé has kept me out of pain, but there is unfortunately only so much he can do. As you age, scoliosis like this often times gets worse.. I don’t want to be bent over sideways when I am 50, so I’ll be rocking this corrective brace for 20 hours a day until further notice.
