The Gregg-Graniteville Library at the University of South Carolina Aiken invites applicants to be the Instruction and Reference Librarian with emphasis in Emerging Technologies, a tenure-track position at the rank of assistant professor to begin July or August 2019. The successful candidate will be the librarian liaison to the STEM programs at USC Aiken and participate in reference desk staffing, library instruction, and collection development.
This position will act as the library's primary point person for technology-related initiatives and will lead the Library Technology Team. As this is a tenure-track position, the successful candidate will also be involved in research and scholarship and will be an active participant in service to the library, the campus, the profession, and the community.
