Events — Augusta Regional Collaboration (ARC) Corporation The First Friday of every month many of the venues in downtown Augusta hold special events. ARC's special event is to showcase a local artist whose work will hang in our gallery for the entire month. Congratulations to Alex Foltz (Foltz Studio) on winning Best in Show for his piece "Contagion" at the Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta's “Open Session" 2020 Exhibit.

Alex's work has been displayed at 600 Broad a few times, most recently during a collaborative show with Tiphiknee DeHerrera (Rare HueMan Artistry) in March 2020.

Arts and Heritage Center displays art by juried and young artists The North Augusta Arts and Heritage Center is exhibiting art by juried artists and young artists until the end of July.

As of today, 23 March 2020, 600 Broad will be open by appointment only until further notice. This allows us to control the number of people in the building at any one time and ensure that we are in compliance with the new executive order from the Mayor's office and the City of Augusta that was issued over the weekend.

All tenant offices will be open at the discretion of each individual business. This new policy only directly impacts the Gallery, event rentals, and the 600 Broad office/staff.

Important Announcement Regarding Events @ 600 Broad:
Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 (the Coronavirus), 600 Broad has been asked to follow the Center for Disease Control's guidance on cancelling public events/gatherings and the implementation of "social distancing" to prevent the spread of the virus.

As a result, we are CANCELLING ALL EVENTS at 600 Broad for the months of March and April 2020. This applies to both our regularly scheduled public events and private events. This is for the safety our guests, our tenants, our employees, and most importantly, the public at large.

As of right now, the Gallery and our offices will remain open during this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are prepared to fully refund your event payment. We are also offering postponement/rescheduling if you would like to hold your event later in the year.

If you have an event scheduled during March or April 2020, please email us at [email protected] to request your refund or to discuss rescheduling for a later date.

Augusta Regional Collaboration and 600 Broad takes the safety of our guests very seriously. As such, we are taking extra steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Coronavirus, at our venue. We have enhanced our normal cleaning/disinfection regime following the Center for Disease Control's recommendations. Additionally, we will make disinfecting wipes and/or sprays available to guests if requested.

If you're not feeling well, please stay home and/or seek medical attention as your safety and the safety of others is our priority. We will try our best to accommodate cancellations or rescheduled events.

The 600 Broad gallery will be open today, Saturday 29 Feb, from 12pm until 5pm. It will be your last chance to see local artist Mary Kruckow's amazing photos, paintings, and drawings.

600 Broad is very excited to be hosting tonight's "Go Downtown: Early 2000s Party" as part of Augusta University's 2020 Homecoming celebration. ‪
