Precise Painting and Remodeling

Got one side demo installed new insulation new osb and then house wrap with hardie siding.afn we are framing and working on the soffet and facia befor we start the other side. 706 979 0468

Week 2 we got all the plywood on the outside of the building. then we built the soffit and facia. We were also able to install the drip edge, the synthetic and the shingles on the roof. Also all the flashing needed to flash it to the house got the gable stud up on the original house and got the doors and windows put in the room addition we had a good week.

Pergola extended by 16ft making it a total of 36 foot the entire length of the deck. So what we did is we shorten the deck by 38 inches because of the roof system it would’ve had the Pergola looking funny so we shortened the deck by 38 inches with shorten the steps by 18 inches we were able to re use the handrails because we made them shorter. We installed new 4 x 4 poles wrapped with one by six to match existing design. We are originally built orginal deck and pergola ma about six years ago. Call for free estimate 706-979-0468.

Another impressive transformation was performed by me and the team. This was an extensive remodel, including a full bathroom remodel, full kitchen remodel, quarter-inch sheet rock covering all existing plaster ceiling and walls, all new LVP flooring, all new paint, and all new fixtures - a 100% total remodel that turned out amazing.

A recent project at River Island involved repairing damage caused by Hurricane Helene. We removed existing sheet rock tape, excised the damaged area, and applied new tape using a five-minute mud compound for the repair, finishing it off with a corner-to-corner application. We commenced work at 9 AM and were able to complete the project by 12 PM, allowing the homeowner to enjoy the remainder of their Valentine’s Day.
