We often share big reveals and finished projects, but today we want to recognize our Maintenance Division for their hard work.

Our maintenance crews keep properties looking great every week, whether it’s a home or a large commercial site. They mow, edge, plant seasonal flowers, refresh mulch, fix problems, clean up beds, and take care of all the small details that make a property feel cared for.

The 'after' photos are important, but the ongoing work is just as valuable.

In honor of Memorial Day, Jacobs Land Management is closed today Monday, May 25th.

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

We wish everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

If you are new, or just need a refresher, we’d like to introduce you to the leaders behind Jacobs Land Management.

Rody Jacobs (right) is the President and founder of Jacobs Land Management. He grew up in Augusta, GA, earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, and started JLM in 2007. His passion for landscape design and installation helped shape the full-service company we are today. When he’s not working, Rody enjoys boating and traveling with his wife and two children.

Robert Moak (left) is the Vice President of Jacobs Land Management, and Head of Maintenance. He joined JLM in 2013 and has over 20 years of landscaping experience. His leadership, expertise, and dedication to client relationships help our maintenance division succeed. Outside of work, Robert enjoys traveling with his wife, Ashley, spending time with his three daughters, and doting on his two grandsons.
