Are you feeling the buzz? 🐝 The 4th Sol Dance Presents is almost here!

It's nearly time to welcome Liquid Bloom & Savej to Atlanta on Saturday, May 4th for Pollinate: An Embodied Beltane Celebration at The Chapel on Sycamore from 6P - 11P.

In addition to featuring these phenomenal musicians, we have an entire evening of carefully curated music, dance & celebration lined up for you!

📯 Be sure to arrive by 6:30 to experience the Beltane Ritual.

This community-led ceremony evokes the goddess Aphrodite to offer a blessing of beauty, fertility, love, power, wisdom, abundance and sensuality. 🐚

Utilizing sacred objects, including flowers, pollinators, honey & fragrance, we'll connect with the energy of the Earth and the cosmos to amplify our intentions. 🌺🍯🌱

We'll call the directions to open the circle, offer a blessing of Florida water, and close with a prayer that utilizes collective sound to uplift our community, all living beings and the planet.

Beltane Ceremonialists, Pollinators and Musicians include Maya Lemberg, Alberto Román, Shana Robbins, AJ Nocito, Aurora Amina, Riya Rose, Ari, Jennifer Ohme and Scott Houston.

Adorn yourself with flower and/or pollinator prints to embody the ceremonial intentions! 🌷

More at Back To Nature Garden Center Wild Woods Fest RWL offered 15 min vibrational sound healing which centered and grounded each person. Harvester of Healing offered One Light Touch sessions There were workshops, a tattoo artist, a DJ, and much more. Anyone that has camped with RWL knows our Nature guide Lance L Love is a master fire keeper - he assisted with the fire and brought all of RWL’s instruments to the drum circle. It was so wonderful to see first timers release and join in - experiencing the different instruments, and just having fun- bonding- it was spectacular until 3am!

🌱 Wild Woods Fest Workshops 🌱
🤸‍♀️ Acro Yoga: Fly with Gol D. Lox Lifestyle. Counterbalances, L-basing, & inversions oh my! This workshop will go over weight shifting for counterbalances, fundamentals for L-basing, & snippets of belly basing for some unique posing. Grab a partner or two & join in exploring communication & movement to find your flight!
🪴 Plant Propagation 101: A fun an informative workshop for beginners with a green thumb. Discover the art of creating new plants from cuttings as your guide takes you through a step by step process. Walk away from this workshop with the confidence to grow your own!
👣 Ecstatic Dance: Explore you inner and outer worlds through guided movement exercises. We will combine music, movement, and mindfulness to cultivate something special. This is the reclamation of dance for the self! No experience or fancy moves necessary. This is purely for fun and exploration. Just come with an open mind and the willingness to move!
🔥 Raku Firing Demonstration: Witness unique and ancient pottery firing technique live at Wild Woods. Originating from Japan, this technique is known for its unpredictable and dramatic results, often producing stunning and distinctive patterns, colors, and surface effects on the pottery.

IDK who needs to hear this but 😏
Now that I have your attention, here is a quick little thing I'd like to say.
🌱 Keep trying and keep showing up to your life. We all have our reservations about trying new things, learning new things, and meeting new people. Things won't go the way as planned or feel as cathartic as expected, but keep showing up anyways.
♥️ You may even have to take baby steps, but keep going into the direction of the life you want. It is here that you will learn so much about yourself, you may even realize you don't even want the "thing" that you are moving towards. But one things is for sure, you'll never know until you go.
🤸🏾‍♀️ For me personally, I have to remember to go back to basics. What brings me the most joy? Nature, music, movement, and people. Sometimes I struggle to find time to fit these things into my day to day life. Then there are times where it's all I do! Creating MicroSpace was a fun way for me to combine all these things, and help people who want to do the same all meet in the same space.
🙌🏾 Im so glad that I made an effort to go into the spaces I felt resonated with me, even when I didn't feel ready, felt nervous about trying something new, or going alone. Truth is most of us shared the same fears at one time or another.
