Here are photos of a special order we did for Espécies. They are a specialty of São Jorge island. They are flavored with anise, lemon, cinnamon and cloves. Totally unique and delicious!

Here is our Bolo Rei (Kings Cake) this year. We take sweet bread and stud it with Port wine soaked dried fruits and nuts. It's crowned with candiedfruit and more dried fruit.
