š“ Nurture Your Garden Naturally with Horse Manure
We are offering manure in 5-yard quantities, available for pickup or free delivery within a 5-10 mile radius. As you can see this manure has been sitting well over 6 months and has broken down into a dark, crumbly, earthy-smelling soil enhancer.
Here are some of the many benefits of horse manure as a soil amendment:
1. Horse manure is a natural, nutrient-rich fertilizer that can improve soil structure, enhance plant growth, and increase water retention, and is an eco-friendly option for gardeners and farmers.
2. It has sustainable environmental benefits, such as reducing waste by recycling manure and avoiding synthetic chemicals in gardens.
3. Nutrient-Rich: Horse manure is a good source of essential nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, which help promote healthy plant growth.
4. Improves Soil Structure: It helps improve soil texture by adding organic matter, which enhances aeration, drainage, and water retention. This leads to better root development.
5. Organic and Safe: When properly broken down, horse manure is an organic, natural fertilizer that reduces the use of chemicals in gardening and farming, making it safer for the environment, pets, and humans.

We are excited to extend a warm welcome to Kevin, his wife Eva, and their three beloved four-legged companions! They have recently relocated from Oregon to Washington.
Kevin is eager to offer riding lessons and training for all ages.
Here's a personal bio from Kevin:
Hi Iām Kevin, I recently moved to the area and wanted to introduce myself. Iām a Roper and a Trainer. Iām offering lessons / training in the following. Whether youāre just starting or been at it awhile I can help. My personal philosophy is to finesse a horse, not force it.
Riding lessons, horse training, general horse care, roping lessons (team and calf); horse refreshers, sorting lessons; breaking a new horse and more.
You can come to me even if you donāt have a horse Iāve got lesson horses. I can also come to you. I believe each individual is unique; and requires different styles of teaching.
Whatever your goal is, whether you need a tune up, just starting, your horse needs training, you want to try something new, have your own horse, looking to get one; or testing the waters I can help whatever your goals and ambitions are.
Iām located out of Auburn and am willing to Travel.

Colic Awareness postš“
Weād like to share an experience involving one of our horses last week at the ranch. Hawk, one of the sweetest Tennessee Walkers, is dearly loved here. During his morning feed, Freddy noticed that Hawk wasnāt his usual self; he didnāt rush over for breakfast and wasnāt leaving his shed ( he lives happily in a pasture with a shed ). After informing Lyndsy, our manager, Freddy kept a close watch. A few hours later, Hawk still hadnāt eaten, prompting Lyndsy to bring him into the barn for closer observation. Hawk displayed several signs of colic:
1.No interest in food or water
2.Biting at his sides
3.Very stiff stomach
4.High temperature
5.Weakness
6.Pawing
7.Sluggish movement
8. No stool movement
Lyndsy and Freddy updated Hawkās owner and promptly called the vet, who arrived shortly later. After assessing Hawk, the vet provided the necessary care and left instructions for monitoring until his owner could arrive, continuing for three days until Hawk showed signs of improvement.
The vet mentioned that such issues can arise with changing weather and that Hawk had developed colic and possibly a virus. Itās crucial to remain vigilant for these signs. We are grateful for our dedicated team, who caught this in time. Below is a picture of Hawk a couple of days later, happily grazing and back to his cheerful self.
Having a caring team is so critical in these circumstances as our horses can have a rapid change and things could take an unexpected turn.
Thankful for our team and our local vets who assisted through this experienceš“
