Making what I’m going to call “Soul Snatchers” a soul food dish all wrapped in one! Pulled pork balls stuffed with collards, dipped in cornbread batter then fried. Served with a side of BBQ sauce or Carolina vinegar sauce for dipping… video to be posted later …
