High pressure will affect most of the Pacific NW today. Dense fog and low stratus will affect the Puget Sound area and some valleys around WA-northern ID this morning (pale blue).

The upper level high pressure of the last 3-5 days or so is weakening. Maintaining clear skies tonight with 15-25% chance of patchy fog around Puget Sound Tuesday AM. Light winds over the area, but some gustier wind possible east of Portland overnight.

Cool and dry with high pressure in place. Winds from the E/NE direction between middle and upper altitudes over the Cascades...watch out for moderate turbulence out there, especially in parts of OR/N CA tonight.

We're in fog at Seattle, Portland, Spokane today, but with a change in the wind we have a better chance to see some sun with scattered low cloud between 1-5PM.

There's a bit of clear air between patchy fog areas and low-hanging overcast around Puget Sound. Main takeaway is that we think there won't be much clearing today before fog re-develops again tonight over main terminal areas.
