Lemonade Salt LMNT is finally here at Summit Performance Therapy! This is definitely my new favorite flavor, come check it out for yourself! I have them in singles as well as 30-count boxes!

Movement and Performance workshop at Fefor Power Week. What a successful workshop that grows every year! So thankful for these athletes lending me their ears for a few hours to learn how to move better, perform pain free, and become more in tune with their bodies.
