Steve went missing at Buc-ee’s on 5/19/26.
He has now been spotted a couple times, the last being 2 days ago.
He’s been seen near the greens apartments, highway 29/south college. He is still dragging his leash around. His family is not from here. I’m willing to go to him (since we’re now pretty close and I can get there quick) and see if we can help get this boy safe and hopefully back to his family. From what I understand he’s a rescue, and can be skittish.

Little Niffler…
He’s doing so much better today. He’s starting to be a normal kitten. Eating like crazy, purring, snuggling, playing, and being curious. Sweet sweet tiny little guy. He’s so itty bitty.
His little face is no longer oozing puss either.

Hemingway…
He’s officially off stray hold now.
One week in and this boy can’t help but smile. Everyday he is showing us more and more of his personality♥️
I think it’s safe to say, he can accept potential fosters…preferably a foster who would like to adopt.
He is still health wise a work in progress, but nothing that can’t be helped except his foot, he has nerve damage from an old wound. And we’re here to help get him back healthy while you foster him.
Hemingway does have several infections-skin, ear, a couple wounds but all are healing now with appropriate medications.
He is an older senior boy and a home life would be wonderful this boy. Although he does like us pretty well around here, and we do him but he deserves sofas, and someone to sit on the with and eat popcorn and watch movies, long walks…well as long as he can hang, a yard to play fetch full of all the tennis balls his heart desires….

Sweet Fifi….
She is one of the chihuahua from the hoarding case from Tuskegee couple months back.
This girl had one of the biggest growths on her belly and we were told “we can euthanize if this is not something you can take on…” ummm she was not going to be the only one to not make it out of there that day, on our watch.
We’re so glad too, this girl is THE SWEETEST. She loves so big and just wants more than anything to be someone’s precious baby girl.
She has finally had that big ol thing taken off and even all the staples this girl already feels better and still smiling-cause she’s just happy to be alive and feeling better.
Fifi is only about 5yo. She likely had many litters of puppies in her life and now healthy and happy as a girl can be.
Fifi would love nothing more than having a home to go to when she’s done healing up from surgery. She is dog and cat friendly. Loves people. We believe she’s a min pin mix/maybe some dachshund…maybe some chihuahua.
Fifi is heartworm negative, spayed, vaccinated, has had her growth removed and just eager and ready for a loving home and family♥️

Everyday…there’s another dog or cat, in need of help…and not just a safe place to land. They’re all equally as bad off as the one before or worse.
This little guy came to us yesterday, unexpectedly with a huge hole on the side of his head, where finders removed a wolf worm/botfly which in turn caused an awful infection. Sadly that wolf worm was the least of this little guys problems-it would have eventually made its way out on its own in the worse case scenerio. The fleas, were what was literally sucking the life out of him. He’s easily 6 weeks old and doesn’t even weigh a whole pound.
Yesterday was really rough on him. He was weak, and dehydrated, unwilling to eat. He’s made a little progress today after 24 hours of fluids, antibiotics, being flea free, and some supplements to keep his little going long enough to give it time to start fighting back.
Thankfully the finders got him help just in the Knick of time. Sadly, when they’re in such pitiful shape it takes time to get these babies back healthy and ready to thrive in their new homes…that hopefully eventually come.
Welcome to rescue little guy. We’re still deciding what his name should be.

He’s the cutest little nugget!!! His pictures he looks like he should be big but he’s just a little fella, only 20lbs.
This boy, will 100% make sure you know you are THE MOST IMPORTANT HUMAN IN ALL OF THE WORLD, once he’s claimed you.

He’s so ready to find HIS person.
Clue is about 3 years old. He’s vaccinated, heartworm negative, and now neutered.
Someone come be this little heart throbs reason to make his heart throb.

Ernest Hemingway…
This old boy found the puppy inside him today.
He knows how to fetch🥹
This guy had a family at one time💔

However, he’s feeling so much better already. He eats great-he LOVES to eat. He loves tennis balls. He loves some good back scratches. Seeing him come back to life has just been precious. He seems to have forgotten…he’s an old man.
Just wanted to share this sweet boy♥️

This is what happens when you all support our little rescue.
The difference is unreal.
Gracie is a whole new dog in more ways than just physically.
She’s such a loyal, sweet, BOSSY, little girl. She knows what she wants.
Gracie is now with a foster to adopt💗

And so many more journies just like Gracie, these babies are always SO THANKFUL and we couldn’t do our part without all of you who believe in what we do here at woof.

They have some silly, cute, but crazy hair-do’s. However they are the sweetest kitty babies who would SO LOVE their own families.
