What an incredible evening at our Star Spangled Sandbrock celebration!

A huge thank you to all of our residents who came out to celebrate with us. From great food and fun activities to amazing entertainment and time spent with neighbors, it was wonderful to see our community come together to celebrate.

We hope everyone had a fantastic time and made memories that will last all summer long. Events like these are what make Sandbrock Ranch such a special place to call home, and we are so grateful to share them with all of you.

A huge thank you to all the amazing fathers of Sandbrock Ranch who joined us for our Cocktails, Casino & Ci**rs Father's Day Celebration!

We loved spending the evening with you and celebrating the dads, grandfathers, and father figures who make our community so special. Thank you for coming out, sharing great conversations, and helping make the event such a memorable success.

Unfortunately, Food Truck Friday has been canceled tonight due to unforeseen circumstances with our scheduled food truck. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to seeing everyone at our next event!

It's Food Truck Friday!

Swing by the Carriage House parking lot from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and enjoy some delicious food from Chef Yummi Dishes! We hope to see you there for a great evening and great eats.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to the veterans and active-duty service members who call Sandbrock Ranch home. Your service, dedication, and sacrifice are deeply appreciated by our community.

Ranch Recap:

Last week marked the official grand opening of our long-awaited Friendship Park Pool! Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Luau to celebrate this exciting new community amenity.

In case you missed it, the evening featured incredible hula dancers, delicious kalua pig, refreshing Italian ice and frozen margaritas, plus a fun seashell bracelet-making station.

It was wonderful seeing the community come together to laugh, connect, and enjoy the festivities.

Be sure to check out the new Friendship Park Pool if you haven’t already — the view is unbelievable.

Our Sandbrock Jrs. had the best time celebrating the last days of school and kicking off summer together!

On Thursday, our Sandbrock kiddos gathered together to enjoy tasty pizza and play Roblox with each other. It was such a fun afternoon filled with laughter, teamwork, and great memories!

Then on Friday (the last day of school), we celebrated with delicious cupcakes and spent time together playing card games as the summer season begins.

We are so proud of all of our kids for finishing the school year strong! Congratulations on an amazing year, and we hope everyone has a great summer!
