SB 68, the major component to Governor Kemp’s comprehensive tort reform package, has officially passed, thanks to the leadership of Senate President Pro Tempore John Kennedy, Lt. Governor Burt Jones, Speaker Jon Burns, Representative James Burchett, and our dedicated members in the General Assembly.
This historic legislation will help stabilize costs, ensure fairness, and protect job creators across the state—including Georgia’s thriving hospitality industry. We are grateful for the tireless efforts of our elected leaders in making commonsense litigation reform a reality!
