Another great transformation of a dated Leasing Office in Kennesaw

Orwin Construction was able to revitalize this master bathroom with its stark white cabinetry, counter tops and floors by incorporating old world charm accented with modern amenities. Custom wood cabinetry, travertine stone floors and neutral tone granite counter tops combine to create a warm and comfortable environment. Subway style tiles cover the facade of the tub surround and accent the existing stained glass window perfectly. Replacing the shower walls with floor-to-ceiling glass opens the space up and makes it feel much larger and luxurious. Wood framed mirrors flanked with new lighting replaced the wall-to-wall standard mirrors to give the bathroom a custom look.

A floor-to-ceiling accent wall of brown stone tiles set this bathroom apart from the rest in this bathroom remodel by Orwin Construction. A small shower and tub are made to feel larger by removing the framed enclosure and door and replacing them with frameless glass and a large soaking tub. An accent stripe of mosaic tile on the wall elongates the room while a dark wood cabinet grounds the space almost completely covered in tile. Small mosaic tiles are added to the shower floor to create interest and add color to the room. Chrome accents throughout the bathroom add a touch of elegance.

Orwin Construction utilized vibrant color and modern design to create a welcoming environment for this Atlanta Clubhouse which was built from the ground up. The exterior of the building was given life with landscaping and modern gray paint. The clubhouse interior was also painted in a neutral oatmeal color. Laminate pine flooring was installed throughout the building. New mahogany entry way doors were installed. A reception area was created with modern furnishings and light fixtures. The office area was designed with a large dark wood desk and office cabinetry. The gym was given fresh white paint, durable carpet, and modern ceiling fans. Flat screen televisions were mounted along the wall opposite of the new exercise equipment for the tenants to enjoy.

The redesign of this manufactured Orlando home built in 1958 resulted in an upgraded home complete with open living spaces, updated curb appeal and additional square footage. The renovation included the task of reinventing the exterior, building new living space, as well as expanding the existing structure. Working closely with the homeowners a modern home was designed using as much of the existing house as possible. The result is an up to date home with charm and character.
