Dekalb County is preparing to distribute a $21 million dollar federal grant purposed for rent relief as a consequence of the pandemic. Applicants must meet the median income guidelines as set forth below. The program will provide financial help with rent, utilities and other housing costs for eligible families. An owner or landlord renting to an eligible household may apply on behalf of the tenant. Once again...another record breaking month in Georgia real estate. Sales dollar volume up by 44% over this time last year and now September, not June, July or August (all record breaking months themselves) is the biggest month in the 60 year history of the MLS (multiple listing service).
