Due to city architectural requirements, a parapet wall or cornice needed to be added for visual relief that was complementary to the structure.
Extending the midsection of the tilt panels by 2' (circled in red) was a design solution to comply with city requirements.

"From trap to truck," sells lobster rolls and New England Clam Chowder in their fast-casual location at Lenox Mall in Atlanta, GA.
The vinyl "wood" at the counter mimics Maine's coastal docks, while the stained concrete floor looks like wood but will endure years of heavy traffic.
Artwork is the finishing touch within the space. It conveys messages and meanings, creates balance, and draws the eye.
