Happy October 1st! 🍂 My favorite season and my favorite month are finally here. Back in 2020, I had what seemed like a crazy idea—to post a different Halloween costume every single day in October. What started as a little side project quickly became one of the most exciting, challenging, expensive, and fulfilling journeys I’ve ever taken on.

Five years later, that “wild idea” turned into 155 costumes, 155 characters, and 155 days of pure magic—not just for me, but for everyone who followed along with my . What I thought would be a fun experiment became one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Although the project has come to an end (at least for now 😉), I carry so much joy looking back at the costumes I created - many with the incredible - and the adventures with friends who took photos in cemeteries, abandoned buildings, and even joined in as characters themselves.

It was a wild, unforgettable 5-year ride, and I’ll treasure it always. Thank you for sharing it with me. Here’s a little look back at some of my favorites ❤️

Had the best night at with seeing the wonderful speak about her latest novel, Forget Me Not 📖🖤💜

Forget Me Not is a psychological thriller about investigative journalist Claire Campbell, who returns to her childhood home in South Carolina after a call from her father, confronting the trauma of her sister Natalie’s unsolved disappearance 22 years prior.

It’s the perfect thriller to read this Fall and earned 5 stars from me because of its captivating story and quick pacing. I can’t wait to read Stacy’s other books (which I ordered while at the event 😂)
