Woot! Woot - FHA approval for Inman Green! Inman Green was part of a pilot program in Atlanta for multi-family construction. We were the first to receive Gold LEED status. Inman Green is also EarthCraft and EnergyStar certified. 2 B/ 3.5 b with a home office; 3 outdoor living areas (one with a fireplace and the roof top has a fireplace. All for only 275k.
