This mornings meditation was dedicated to 23 year old Derneeka. It’s no coincidence that I’ve had this random photo of myself hanging around for a couple of weeks. I needed it today, to talk to her and guide her through letting go. I asked spirit to show me the parts of me that are asking for healing a couple of days ago. And what’s come up has been surprising. Situations I don’t even think about and thought weren’t a part of my consciousness came up for attention and love. She came up this morning. So I gave her some words of love and guided her on her way so that she can Rest In Peace knowing she is nothing less than pure love! ❤️

Quick Share: I’ve been back in New York for a week tomorrow after spending 19 days on the West Coast road tripping with my sister and daughter. If you know me, you know my heart is on the west coast and I can’t wait to live there again.
However, It was one of my least favorite trips in the physical sense, but is at the top of the list of trips that brought me unexpected, but welcomed, growth, healing and awareness. The shift I have experienced has shifted me into a space where I can create again. I have been creating all week and it’s pretty dope.
When we allow ourselves to see beyond the physical aspects of our experiences and not judge the emotions and expressions of ourselves and others there is much to discover. I can choose to see that the road trip didn’t go as “planned” and be upset. Or I can choose to accept that as co-creators we created/manifested the trip we needed, asked for energetically and received. I have free will to choose. Once choice leads me to freedom and one holds me hostage to my ego. Choose wisely...
