In our bocce rules we count a ball that kisses the pallino as two points. So, look at this! Our first ever FIVE POINT frame!

This past fall some of our EveryBocce community took a photo with the Great Pumpkin of Duluth. This amazing group (not everyone was there that evening) has changed my ( ‘s) life. And I hope others lives as well. In December Southwest Gwinnett Magazine did a piece on this community. If you want to read it there’s a link in our profile. Coming up on May 2 is our FIFTH anniversary! I bet we’ll celebrate with a game of bocce.

Before and after photos of our lighted bocce balls after just one game on Duluth's court. That surface is just awful! It's like playing bocce on plaster! And when the dust sticks to the balls, it's a serious chore to get them clean. Come on ! Some nice 1/8” crushed granite on top would make the court much more enjoyable and would make it easier for us to keep it playable. Just a couple of inches thick should do it.

Again and again we're seeing big crowds in Duluth on Thursday evenings! 6:30pm until whenever!
And just like that, Liz added a point for her opponent's team. We're making the most of this new court surface. It's extremely fast.
Here's Liz taking advantage of the opposing team's ball to bank in a 2nd point for her team! We used the portable court last week because our primary court was flooded again. Hoping City of Duluth, Georgia - City Hall is able to fix that before we ramp up again for next season. This Thursday, 11/19/20, will be our last gathering for 2020! Reach out to Kevin Priger if you're interested in being part of a league starting next spring!
EveryBocce will be lit up next Thursday. Come on out to Duluth from 6pm to whenever.

We're rained out in Duluth today. Yet another tropical system from the Gulf that decided to waltz on thru on a Thursday. I can't wait for winter and the possibility we can play in snow!
