Our sign got another fresh coat of paint — thank you to Troop 21669: Annabelle, Hawkins, Sophie, and Georgia! 🎨💚 (Parents have given permission for the Conservancy to share this photo.)

We love seeing local groups help care for our community spaces. If your group is interested in volunteering to paint, send us a DM!

Last Saturday, over 30 friends, neighbors, and visitors came out to volunteer for Love Your Park Month. We removed invasive species, repainted the tennis wall, and re-purposed the old Candler Park sign for our newly redone entrance at the corner of Terrace and Marlbrook.

Thanks to everyone who joined; especially SCAD SERVE and Emory Weightlifting Club and all of their members who participated.

Hi everyone,

With the lightning this morning we need to postpone the Love Your Park event. We're rescheduling the event to next Saturday, February 28th, from 10am-12pm.

If you were signed up previously, hopefully you can still make it but we totally understand if you have other things planned. If you didn't sign up but this new time works for you, you now have an extra week to sign up here:

If you haven’t been around back lately, you may not know that the entrance at Marlbrook/Terrace is getting a facelift. The sidewalk is being extended up Marlbrook to connect with the existing sidewalk, there are 2 new ADA ramps, and we’ll have some new plantings going in this spring.

Help us plant trees in Candler Park to help sustain our urban forest. On March 28th from 9a-12p we’re trying to plant over 100 native trees. For more details or to sign up check out the link in our bio 🌳
