The whole documentary starts with concern. What is my Black History project? First photo, confusion, a Ciege Hoodie and looking for inspiration.

But by the end, there’s a quiet shift.

Same person. Same camera. Different understanding.

In the final shot, wearing the “I AM BLACK HISTORY” hoodie, smiling, and looking directly into the lens. The project started with confusion, but it ended with clarity — realizing that history isn’t just something we study… it’s something we carry and contribute to every day.

We love contrast in film and just wanted to bring a little attention to it.
