To me, the underhand grip seems to engage the chest muscles a little more and the triceps in a different way. 🏋🏾‍♂️4 rounds Rd1: Flies 13x, Press 23x Rd2,3,4: Flies 13x, Press 46x 🏋🏿‍♀️Stay with the same weight for all 4 rounds. 🏋🏾‍♂️ 5, 8, 10, 15, 20, 25lbs or heavier. Use the weight that works for you. . HEAVY is NOT the goal! Executing the movement and engaging the muscle is what’s important.
