Brown University Health Systems wasn't looking to sell their cell sites. They were tired of managing them and didn't know there was another option.

Seven leases across four hospital campuses. Every carrier visit coordinated at a facility with no off-hours. Every contractor escorted near active patient areas. For a facilities team built to support patient care, it was the wrong problem to own.

TowerPoint structured a single close across three markets and assumed every carrier relationship, contractor coordination, and compliance obligation at closing. The health system kept the colocation upside. $5,930,000 at close and the operational burden transferred completely.

TowerPoint has priced its inaugural $386M securitization β€” massively oversubscribed, driving among the tightest spreads in the wireless tower sector.

That level of demand reflects something real: the quality of the portfolio we've built β€” with site owner partners across the country and the carriers who depend on it.

Satellite infrastructure is rapidly expanding β€” but for most property owners, it won't directly alter existing lease terms.

What it will change is how carriers invest in and utilize infrastructure.

As satellite capabilities evolve, they're driving broader network activity β€” upgrades, amendments, and increased demand across existing sites. How much of that activity reaches any given owner depends heavily on where they sit in the ecosystem.

The opportunity isn't in reacting to change. It's in understanding exactly where your asset stands β€” and getting ahead of it.

We break it down in our latest insight. β†’ https://towerpoint.com/satellite-infrastructure-is-expanding-heres-why-it-may-not-change-your-lease-but-it-should-change-your-strategy/

Not every cell site buyer can navigate a historic district. That's exactly why this church came to us.

Their rooftop site in Amherst, MA had been sitting idle for years. The carrier was ready to upgrade, but landmark preservation requirements had the project completely stalled. Add in a faith-based institution with a real timeline and a real capital need, and most buyers would have walked away.

TowerPoint had been in consistent contact long before they were ready to transact β€” and had already closed with another church in the same Diocese, so when the moment came, they knew exactly what they were working with.

We stepped in as an advocate: navigating the historic preservation approvals, securing a firm carrier upgrade commitment, and closing the deal. The church got their capital. The carrier got their upgrade. And TowerPoint assumed ongoing site management so leadership could stay focused on their mission.

Complexity isn't a dealbreaker when you have the right partner. πŸ”— Read the full case study: https://towerpoint.com/case-studies/a-stalled-cell-site-a-historic-church-on-a-deadline-and-their-go-to-partner-who-earned-their-trust/

We traded our desks for the desert 🌡 and after our best year on record, it's exactly what this team deserved.

For the first time, we brought everyone together from all of our offices β€” and Tucson was the perfect place to do it. Horseback riding, axe throwing, a salsa challenge (that got surprisingly competitive), and enough time around the fire to actually exhale.

But more than the activities, it was just really good to finally all be in the same place. This team shows up every single day, and getting to celebrate that together made it even more meaningful.

Thank you to Wilder Retreats for helping us create an experience we won't forget, and to Tanque Verde Ranch for being the perfect backdrop for all of it.

The best is still ahead. 🀠
