Teamwork makes the dream work—especially when it involves good vibes, great company, and their furry friends! 🐶⚾

Some of our team had the best time at Fetch in Atlanta—building connections and making memories.

A member of the Look Listen team had the opportunity to attend this past Friday and is was a truly inspiring and informative day! With over 20 speakers, the theme was ‘The Future We Create,’ focused on the power we have to shape the future. We love to share what we learn, so here are a few of our key takeaways:

➡️ Always try, because you can always try again. Perfection is the enemy of progress.
➡️ AI is a collaborator, not a replacement for collaboration. Humanity should always be at the heart of innovation.
➡️ Start with small goals. Each time you achieve a small goal, you pave the way to learn and imagine something bigger. Something greater. No contribution is too small. “Dream smaller”
➡️ Innovation driven by those who understand the spectrum of disabilities we experience in the human condition creates an environment and a future when and where all can thrive. Inclusive environments breed potential and possibility.

And if all that wasn’t enough, there was a collaborative painting opportunity, a tea blending experience, and free massages! If you have a TedX event in your area, it’s definitely not one to miss!

Can we take a moment to appreciate the power of connection—even when we’re not in the same room? 🚀 While we’re a hybrid team, we’re remote-first at our core, meaning we prioritize flexibility and virtual collaboration while still creating opportunities for in-person connection when it makes sense.

Our Town Halls bring the entire Look Listen team together, giving us space to collaborate, celebrate wins, and stay aligned on our vision. Whether we’re sharing big updates or just enjoying seeing everyone’s faces on one screen, these moments remind us that working remotely doesn’t mean working alone.
