Tonight is the night, Atlanta. Friends and supporters gathered with me at the W Hotel Atlanta in Downtown to watch the election results come in from the precincts.

What a journey. Throughout it all, I have kept the citizens of Atlanta in mind as I work to become your next Mayor. I have never lost the commitment or the desire to become Mayor. I was so glad to be front and center in this year's Atlanta Pride parade. Our crew was right behind civil rights icon Congressman John Lewis. I really appreciate the love and support from Atlanta's LGBT community!
