This month I chose obedience over fear, discipline over doubt, and purpose over comfort. 🌱
Your calling does not require perfection.
It requires willingness.
Each day you choose to show up, you strengthen your purpose.
Affirm:
I am willing.
I am committed.
I am becoming.
Your obedience today creates the life you are building tomorrow.

Action breeds confidence and courage, while inaction breeds fear.
By taking small, consistent, and sometimes uncomfortable steps toward goals, you develop self-trust and resilience. 🌱
Act as if you already have the confidence you desire.Â
Show up BOLDLY, On Purpose! 🎯

Affirm: My story will be someone else’s survival guide!

Courage gives us a voice and compassion gives us an ear. Without both, there is no opportunity for empathy and connection.
Lead with Love, always… even when they’ve got you confused 🙂

Your presence will inspire some and bother others. Nevertheless, remain authentic. 🌱🫶🏽

Creating safe spaces for growth involves offering complete presence, active listening without judgment, and emotional validation, allowing others to feel secure enough to be vulnerable, authentic. This type of supportive, non-judgmental environment reduces fear of failure which encourages personal development, deeper connection, and creativity.
You can also create a safe space for yourself by fostering self-compassion and setting boundaries.

You’ll never hear another person’s voice more than you hear your own, so be intentional about how you talk to yourself.
Your words matter— use your words/voice for good, not evil.

Here’s a few steps that help me intentionally show up for myself! Strength comes from within… ✨🌱
*Prioritize what’s important in your life.
These days, I’m much more intentional with my time. I take 10 to 15 minutes out of each day to plan and prioritize, and I save myself a lot of time and energy that way!
*Get all the rest you need.
I want to wake up feeling my best! I know that when I’m tired, it’s easier to get angry, it’s harder to pray and do what I need to do.
*Laugh often and do more of what you love.
I encourage you to take some time to think over what brings out the best in you, and then do it.
*Exercise and be active.
If you want to form a habit of regular exercise, don’t think and talk about how hard it is. Think about the results you will have if you are persistent!
*Eat foods that energize you.
Regardless of what you do, ask God to help you make right choices when it comes to the food you eat, and He will show you how to make good choices for your body.
