Hi, I’m Sheri. I compose songs from the deepest stillness in my soul, and sometimes from the most ecstatic, radiant light of my heart. I believe we’re all deeply connected as one- though a singular, profoundly magnificent ray of consciousness. I find joy writing songs celebrating the miracle of being alive now. I also love writing about honoring our process of feeling each pure emotion- both as guidance and a gift to better know ourselves, become ourselves.
