Women in the City: Rooftop Edition at ✨🩷

From rooftop views and sunset cocktails to meaningful conversations and new introductions, the night was a reminder that some of the best experiences in Atlanta start with simply showing up.

Women from different industries, backgrounds, and stages of life came together to connect, discover a new space, and build community in the city we call home.

At ATL Rising Women, we believe meaningful social connection doesn't happen by accident-it happens when women have welcoming spaces to gather, meet new people, and experience Atlanta together.

An award-winning conversationalist, moderator, speaker, and media producer, Neisha is the founder of Talk Better Academy, a platform dedicated to helping individuals strengthen the way they show up on stage, on camera, and in high-stakes conversations.

With more than a decade in television and digital media, her experience spans BET+, CBS Television Outlets, and multiple Atlanta television networks, where she’s led productions, shaped stories, and created meaningful dialogue across entertainment, leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.

She offers a free bi-monthly masterclass called Own The Stage. An event designed to help people overcome their fear of public speaking and gain hands-on practice of taking up space and being more visible wherever they go. She is also the founder of Freed Minds Productions, a creative studio focused on cinematic storytelling and intentional brand communication, while continuing to pour into the next generation of women in media and production.
